What's the role?

Due to the rapid development of digitalization & E-commerce in Hilti, we’re looking for a Brand & Digital Manager to create an impact on our Hilti brand through progressive marketing strategies. The right candidate will be responsible for managing a team to develop corporate brand & digital plan with massive exposure on branding, public relations, digital marketing, social media and E-commerce business. The close collaboration with global and region team requires candidate equipped with strong stakeholder management skill and being the key person for connecting across internal departments and customers.

What does the role involve?

• Develop and implement brand & digital marketing strategies to achieve corporate objectives.
• Initiate brand & digital marketing communications and campaigns to uplift our market value and position, e.g. through social media or other digital channels.
• Manage the digital content to generate online traffic of our own website, Hilti Online and other social media platforms and steer its performance.
• Take responsibility for online and offline events and maximizing opportunities for customer engagement.
• Drive engagement marketing and generate quality sales leads and opportunities from e-channels.
• Collaborate with other functions including global and region team to drive brand and digitalization initiatives.
• Oversee internal communication materials with brand compliance.
• Develop and manage marketing budget for seeking maximum return on investment.
• Lead with direction to drive an engaged and passionate team.

What you need is:

  • Degree or above in marketing, MBA is a plus.
  • More than 6 years working experience in brand & digital marketing in MNC, at least 3 years in a manager role with people leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationship with internal departments and external agencies. Ability to manage marketing budget.
  • Superior knowledge on Brand, Digital Marketing, Social Media and Public Relations. Basic understanding on E-commerce Marketing is a plus.
  • Demonstrate successful development and implementation of brand & digital marketing strategies, preferably for premium brands.
  • Experience creating a variety of content including videos, webinars, posts in different social media platforms.
  • Strong in strategic thinking, planning, analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Experienced and passionate in coaching and developing people.
  • Comfortable for managing flexible and ad hoc works.
  • Presentable, highly organized with excellent presentation skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese.
