Credit Control Assistant (Contract)

What does the role involve?
As a Credit Control Assistant, you will be responsible for handling general administrative tasks for the team, credit management and debit collection through calls and meetings.
You also need to follow up with customers’ enquires and overdue invoices proactively; and to liaise with other departments to resolve disputed billings and outstanding accounts
Your work schedule is 5 days a week from Tuesdays to Saturdays, rest on Sundays and Mondays

What you need is:
- Diploma or above, fresh graduates are also considered
- Able to communicate in both written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
- Computer literate - MS Office (experience in SAP is an advantage)
- Good communication skills and good team player
- Independent, reliable, and proactive
- Experience in credit collection is a plus but not a pre-requisite
