Digital and Brand Communication Intern - North Asia
What's the role?
As a Digital and Brand Communication Intern in our regional office, you will work closely with the Regional Digital and Brand Communication team to learn and support the operation of our newly launched global collaboration platform to foster employee engagement and also website content management to enhance our customer facing e-business solutions. Your internship will expose you to the demonstrated value of integrated digital thinking and solutions into internal and external business interactions: covering exciting global and regional projects, engaging cross border project teams and IT team with regular community calls and training.
We will provide you with a practical, hands-on experience in cross functions collaboration and help you build solid competencies within the Digital and Brand Communication field!

What does the role involve?
Support Digital and Brand team in managing the internal collaboration platform (REDi) by providing operational support and collaboration with project teams and IT.
Organize and cascade global training to project teams in market organizations for maintaining REDi platform with engaging content (i.e. deliver skype online training for content owners on operating the digital platform)
Support the coordination with global and regional project teams for resolving technical enhancement issues of REDi
Build and maintain sustainable training assets for content owners on maintaining REDi to support continuity (i.e. develop video recording for demonstrating functionalities in platform)
Assist Digital and Brand team in maintaining website content by providing operational support (i.e. editorial content delivery and customer experience)
Coordinate campaign KPI tracking in website for campaign management

What you need is:
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management with a concentration in IT, marketing or communications
- Fluent in English and at least one other language (Preferably in Chinese, Korean or Japanese)
- Experience in digital platform, especially in Adobe Experience Manager and Intranet, is highly preferred
- Self-starter, who can work independently with solid attention to detail
- Flexible team player with good communication, social skills, and enthusiasm to inspire others
This is a part-time position that will give flexibility to work during school-terms
