What does the role involve?

Responsible for full spectrum of general staff recruitment process include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and offer preparation
Liaise with line managers to identify the hiring needs and selection criteria
Assist in employee on & off boarding
Maintain accurate staff record in HR database and filing system
Support HR admin tasks and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

What you need is:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • With 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in recruitment and selection
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, independent and flexible
  • Open minded, good team player, ability in handling multi tasks
  • Positive thinking and with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working experience in HR in-house recruitment / recruitment agent field is an advantage
