Regional Procurement Specialist (Commensurate with experience)

What does the role involve?
As procurement specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the manager to develop, execute and continuously improve the procurement strategies, policies and procedures in the regional level; instilling best practice purchasing skills to non-purchasing staff to encourage professional purchasing throughout the business. You will also take indirect procurement projects like vendor tendering and ordering, liaising with external vendors for best quality of service provided to Hilti
You will become a strong advisory partner for cross-functional teams and provide comprehensive procurement solution to all internal and external stakeholders and work closely with Shared Service Center - accounting team in Shanghai about the vender purchase order handling, invoicing, expense and posting validation and vendor payment

What you need is:
- Degree in Procurement and Project Management or other related discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferable in sizeable organization
- Effective communication skills with excellent organizational and interpersonal skill
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- A good team player who able to work under pressure with strong adaptability
- Advanced user in Microsoft Office
