Regional Talent Acquisition Intern
What's the role?
As a Talent Acquisition Intern in our regional office, you will work closely with the Regional Talent Acquisition Director to learn and support employer branding project for attracting potential talents. This will get you exposed in number of exciting regional projects.
Our goal is to provide you with a practical, hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition disciplines and help you build solid competencies within the Human Resources field!

What does the role involve?
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will plan and drive employer branding initiatives and communication strategy to support attracting relevant talents and continue expanding the candidate pool (i.e. develop a social content strategy and calendar for each of our major social channels, recruitment video etc.) In addition, you will build and maintain strategic university relations within and outside of Asia Pacific and organize, manage various campus recruitment events including career fair, skill seminar, career talk etc.

What you need is:
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management with a concentration in human resources, marketing or communications
- Fluent in English is a must
- Experience in digital marketing, especially in social media, is highly preferred
- Self-starter, who can work independently with solid attention to detail
- Flexible team player with good communication, social skills, and enthusiasm to inspire others
This is a part-time position that will give flexibility to work during school-terms
Upon graduation, you will be considered for a possible opportunity as a Human Resources Trainee. Additional opportunities are also available for those demonstrating leadership skills
