What's the role?
We are now looking to recruit a high-caliber Regional Talent Acquisition Officer to drive, own & manage the regional employer branding process working with various stakeholders to enhance the hiring efforts with regard to top talent search and attraction

What does the role involve?
Develop communication campaigns to drive candidate attraction and engagement, through social media, events, and other channels
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of employer branding campaigns on an ongoing basis and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders.
Understand the talent profiles for Hilti and develop a robust employer branding strategy and provide seamless execution
Executes against the strategic direction of university relations and manages to the set budget; implements best practices to increase effectiveness; establishes metrics for success; analyzes return on investment
Be the ambassador for the employer brand and drive the execution in the marketplace
Drive and contribute to various projects related to candidate experience, employer branding, and recruiting operations

What you need is:
- University degree holder in Business/ Marketing / Human Resources or related discipline
- Engage in activities beyond studies and demonstrate great leadership skills
- Highly committed and self-driven personality
- Ambitious and wants to build a career in a multi-national, technology-driven company
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated, strong customer orientation and with a “can-do” attitude
- Highly proficient in English
- Internationally mobile is preferable
