We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Brand, Communication & Design Specialist to join our dynamic team at Hilti. In this role, you will play a crucial part in growing our business, driving customer engagement, and contributing to our industry's development.

What does the role involve?
The purpose of the role is to provide specialized services in the areas of branding, design, marketing communications and event management.
We have more than 200,000 interactions with our customers every day. It’s how we get to know their businesses, understand their needs and develop the precise products and services that will help them.

What you need is:
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- 3 years’ experience in brand management, communication strategies, and event and exhibition management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative ideas.
